The advancement of technology has been slowly changing and replacing traditional jobs over the years. As of now, we are in an advanced digital economy, where tech is at the forefront of everything. This has raised concerns among individuals in various industries about the security of jobs and what the future of work holds in this digital age. This project is posed to address these concerns and proffer solutions on how participants can remain relevant in their field of work even as many more advancements come over the years. It will be an intensive online workshop spanning a period of two weeks with a targeted audience of about 15000 participants from about 20 tertiary institutions.

O3 Finance School’s curriculum is focused on the intersection of the latest wave of technological innovations in relation to diverse disciplines, such as administration, social sciences, health sciences, pure sciences, law, engineering, and agriculture.

Project Goal

The overall aim of this project is to sensitize undergraduates across various disciplines and institutions on the importance of being contributors in this digital age and economy. 

Participants will be equipped with relevant knowledge on how to position themselves to remain relevant in their selected disciplines. The workshop will also expose participants to the massive possibilities and opportunities in Digital Careers not included in school curriculums, such as community management, data analysis and data science, technical analysis, coding, product and project management, and digital marketing “sensitize undergraduates across various disciplines and institutions on the importance of being contributors”
